The Professional Development Institute (PDI) equips early educators with knowledge, support, and resources to implement best practices to improve child outcomes. Scholarships and Accreditations
ELC oﬀers scholarships for continuing education and annual bonuses for providers that maintain uninterrupted employment with their sponsoring center or family childcare home, as funding allows.
We offer additional supports for our beloved early educators, including various opportunities and activities to learn best practices, engage with the community, and receive tools and coaching.
