The Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County is thrilled to share information about The Child Care Stabilization 
grant program funded through the 
American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The proposed funding will provide
direct assistance to eligible childcare providers to support their financial stability and offset
unexpected costs associated with
the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eligibility Requirements

Provider must be licensed on or before March 11, 2021

^

Provider must have current provider profile on file with ELC

^

Provider must have an up-to-date W-9 on file

^

Provider cannot have had a terminated contract
in the last five years

^

Provider must not be under investigation
or convicted of child care fraud

^

Provider cannot be on the USDA disqualified list

Funding from the Child Care Stabilization Grant Program is designed to help providers preserve current services
and to create a long-term investment in their employees and programs. To help you better understand the
