VPK 2010-2011 Timeline
Summer VPK 2009-2010 Timeline:
- April 1, 2010
For SUMMER ONLY Providers: the VPK Payment Request Form* for 2009-2010 must be submitted by this date to Coordinated Child Care. If a provider is already set up for Advance Payment for the 09-10 school year then do not send it in again. - April 16, 2010
Provider applications** must be submitted to the Coalition and Certificates of Eligibility must be submitted to Coordinated Child Care in order to receive Advance Payment. - May 1, 2010
First possible day of Summer VPK - August 20, 2010
Last possible day of Summer VPK.
School Year / Summer VPK 2010-2011 Timeline:
- January 2010
Parent Registration began - February 2010
Provider Registration begins
Ongoing. Approved providers will be posted on CCR&R - May 14, 2010
Provider applications** must be submitted to the Coalition in order to receive advance payment in July. - June 1, 2010
The VPK Payment Request Form* for 2010-2011 must be submitted by this date to Coordinated Child Care in order to receive Advance Payment. - June 15, 2010
Certificates of Eligibility must be submitted to Coordinated Child Care in order to receive Advance Payments based on children enrolled as of June 15, 2010. - August 23, 2010
First possible day of 2010-2011 School Year VPK program. - June 30, 2011
Last possible day of School Year VPK program.
*Please return VPK Payment Request Form in the enclosed green envelope.

How to submit changes to your VPK program. All changes must be approved BEFORE they can take effect.
VPK Substitute Instructor Approval
How to submit substitute instructors for your site. View a list of approved VPK Substitutes that may be used in any VPK program in Pinellas County. All VPK Substitute Instructors (lead teachers) must be approved before being assigned to a VPK classroom.
