Mission
Statement
To
facilitate
an efficient, comprehensive, high quality system of school
readiness services, to include early care and education
and school-age programs, that enhances the emotional, social,
cognitive, and physical development of all children through
collaboration with the community, early care providers and
families.
Vision
Statement
To
unite the community in the development and delivery of a
high quality integrated school readiness system which includes
screening, assessment and support services to families in
order to maximize each child’s school readiness potential
and promote the economic self-sufficiency of families.
To
achieve these goals, we:
- Provide
scholarships, family and provider support services and
Resource and Referral services through Coordinated Child
Care of Pinellas, Inc.
- Offer
in-home visitation and playgroups for children at risk
of school failure in coordination with Florida First
Start of the Pinellas County Public Schools.
- Offer
training for Early Educators and scholarships to attend
St. Petersburg College.
- Provide
children's books for distribution through the Pinellas
Library Cooperative's "Born to Read" program
